Working in Collaboration
We will be working in collaboration of a number of Dementia Support Networks in the future, take a look at some of the collaborations we have so far…
The Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) is a UK not-for-profit organisation that helps people and families find trusted, accredited financial advisers who specialise in later life planning - including retirement, care funding and equity release and promotes high professional standards for advice on later life financial matters.
In partnership activities with organisations including Primrose Care Farm, SOLLA engages with later life and care sector professionals to raise awareness of later life issues (such as care funding and dementia support), share best practice and support initiatives that improve wellbeing for older people and their carers. We have recently participated in regional SOLLA meetings, helping connect care-focused services with financial advice networks committed to supporting later life wellbeing.
Social Farms & Gardens support community and care farms across the UK to use farming and gardening for wellbeing, advocacy and training- helping partners like Primrose Care Farm deliver therapeutic nature-based care.
Oxmoor Care Consultancy supports Primrose Care Farm with expert guidance, compliance advice and practical support to ensure the highest standards of care, safety and wellbeing across the farm.
